When we started LiftOff Agency, we kept coming back to the same idea: getting help with your business shouldn't feel complicated.
So much of the process today is automated. Forms, chatbots, templates, software, and AI tools can make it seem like starting or improving a business should be easy. But for a lot of people, it does the opposite. It creates more confusion, more distance, and more pressure to already know what you are doing.
We wanted to build something different.
LiftOff Agency was created around a more hands-on approach. We believe there is still real value in sitting down with someone, hearing about their goals, and helping them work through it directly.
As graduates of the University of Vermont's Grossman School of Business, we started LiftOff Agency with a shared interest in entrepreneurship and a shared belief that business support should be more accessible and human.
You don't need to speak in business jargon. You don't need to be tech-savvy. You don't need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.
You just need somewhere to start.
